JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 29 - School Conferences

Parents should not face jail time for missing their child's school conferences.
According to Kym Worthy ," a parent should attend to at least one parent-teacher conference a year or face up to three days in jail".
This shows that schools are trying to force parents to go to their childs meeting by threatening them to go to jail for three days.
This also shows that they are taking school meetings way to serious when there are much more important things to meet about than a childs confrience meeting.
In conclusion, parents should not face jail time for missing their child's school conferences.
